[問題回報] 1.4.7pre21 segmentation fault

1.4.7pre21似乎比起之前的pre18不穩許多，因為安裝後遇到許多次gcin因segmentation fault而自動消失的現象，這是之前用pre18所沒有遇過的。可疑的線索如下：

執行未使用gcin patch的unicode-rxvt 9.0.7（只要一執行它，gcin的tray icon就消失不見）
註1：它支援XIM
註2：它在gcin 1.4.7pre18或更早的版本下皆正常

不知道有沒有其他人士也遇到相同的情況。

很奇怪，就在剛才發表第一篇文章後，再試著執行urxvt一次，卻不會導致gcin當掉。可是先前明明一再當掉，所以才會報告這個現象的呀。

早上也看到不穩的，用 gdb 看當在很奇怪的地方，rm *.o 重新 compile 後就好了，可能是昨天修改 .h dependency沒弄好，有些 .o沒重新 compile 

你沒說你是用什麼輸入法

我的預設中文輸法為倉頡。

1.4.7pre21一直重新啟動，進入設定畫面會卡住。預設是用行列，改成詞音，好像穩定多了。

會不會是 gcin1.so  or gcin2.so沒有 update ?

我是用T大的deb。可能要等T大更新了。謝謝

看起來是 gcin 這個 process coredump，你們有檢查 gcin1.so gcin2.so 的日期嗎？我試倉頡&行列不會 coredump。

是不穩定沒錯，一直當，一直重開，我只開 gnome-terminal 及 firefox

自己從 .tar compile，執行裏面的 ./tenv可以嗎？

請注意，不是 update /usr/bin/gcin or /usr/local/bin/gcin就可以，

/usr/lib/gcin/gcin*.so or /usr/local/lib/gcin/gcin*.so 也要 update，沒 update 就會 abort

gcin*.so 包含 gcin1.so gcin2.so

有 core file ?

我的情況和你一樣，甚至不用切到任何輸入法就會一直重開。

 奇怪的是，一但我真的切開輸入法(我的預設是嘸蝦米)， gcin 反而就穩定下來了。而且還可以用，用起來也很順。也不會一直重開。

 

我的 pre21 是從 luna server 上直接抓下來的。

搞半天，原來是要設定成內定輸入法是 gtab的 &開始狀態必須是英數才會有這個 bug，試試 pre22
